Companies with teams to train.

The sales team you don’t have to hire. We find companies already training with a competitor, hiring in bulk, or promoting managers, then book meetings with the person who buys training. If you want, our account executives sell all the way to the signed contract: you just have to train.

15-minute video call with a team member.

Who we contact

Training managers, HR directors, and managers at companies that are hiring.

What you get

Confirmed meetings in your advisors’ calendars the day before, or training programs our account executives sell all the way to the signed contract.

Countries and languages

France, Belgium, Spain, Ireland: every company is contacted in the language of its teams, in French, Dutch, Spanish, or English.

The strategy

Your first campaigns.

Each campaign starts with a signal, from over 100, that gives specific companies a reason to talk to you.

Competitors' customers
Companies already training with a competitor

We find them through testimonials, logos published by competitors, and awarded training contracts. We never name names: we just offer your program for their next session.

New obligation
Companies forced to train by a new requirement

A directive or decree sets a deadline, and teams must be trained before it. The message starts with that deadline and offers a program that meets it, without playing on the fear of penalties.

Media followed by your target audience
Training managers who follow industry media

We start with subscribers to professional training media and those who engage with their articles, filtering for training managers and HR directors. We invite them to a webinar with one of your trainers on a topic they care about.

Case studies

Training programs sold to entire groups.

Results achieved by Dorola's founding team. Names and logos changed to protect our clients' confidentiality.

Your team

Five roles, all for you.

Four roles book your meetings, a fifth joins if our account executives sell for you. All speak your customers' language.

Questions

Before you book, your questions.

Another question? Ask during the audit.

Do you find companies to train all year?

Yes. The hires, appointments, and new requirements we track happen year-round, and the meetings follow.

What do I have to do?

Very little: a kickoff meeting where your dedicated team learns your offer, then message approval. After that, you run your meetings, or you approve proposals if our account executives sell for you. We handle everything else.

I want to keep sales in-house. Is that possible?

Yes. We fill your calendar, or your sales reps' calendar, and your team runs the meetings.

Do you work for my competitors?

No. We work with one client per specialty and per country: your spot isn’t offered to anyone else.
