Who is this for?/HR and recruiting
B2B prospecting · Recruiting firms, staffing agencies, HR consulting

Your consultants recruit. We find the clients.

The sales team you don’t have to hire. We find companies that use a competitor’s recruiting firm or have open roles with no candidates, then book meetings with the hiring manager. If you want, our account executives close the deal: you just present your candidates.

15-minute video call with a team member.

Who we contact

HR directors and executives at companies hiring for your roles or restructuring.

What you get

Meetings with companies that have open roles, or contracts our account executives negotiate all the way to the signed contract.

Countries and languages

France, French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, United States: every company is contacted in French, German, or English.

The strategy

Your first campaigns.

Each campaign starts with a signal, from over 100, that gives specific companies a reason to talk to you.

Competitors' customers
Companies using a competitor’s recruiting firm

Competitor firms post job openings for their clients: we trace the company behind each listing. We never name the competitor: we present your candidates for the roles that are still open.

Hiring in progress
Companies with a role open for a month

We track job postings in your niche and flag the ones with no takers. The message references the role and offers profiles, right when the company starts to doubt they’ll fill it alone.

Referrals
The network of candidates you’ve placed

Many of your placed candidates have become managers and are now hiring. With their permission, we reach out to their contacts, mention their name, and they review the message before it goes out.

Your team

Five roles, all for you.

Four roles book your meetings, a fifth joins if our account executives sell for you. All speak your customers' language.

Questions

Before you book, your questions.

Another question? Ask during the audit.

Do you speak on behalf of my firm?

Yes. Every message goes out under your firm’s name, and you meet the company already knowing the role and its context.

What do I have to do?

Very little: a kickoff meeting where your dedicated team learns your offer, then message approval. After that, you run your meetings, or you approve proposals if our account executives sell for you. We handle everything else.

I want to keep sales in-house. Is that possible?

Yes. We fill your calendar, or your sales reps' calendar, and your team runs the meetings.

Do you work for my competitors?

No. We work with one client per specialty and per country: your spot isn’t offered to anyone else.
